By downloading or using PromptCept, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
What PromptCept does
PromptCept helps you organize ideas into prompts that you can review, edit, copy, save, and use with independent third-party AI services. PromptCept does not itself provide ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or another AI model’s responses.
Your responsibility
You must review generated prompts before use and are responsible for the text, instructions, files, or other content you submit to a third-party service. Do not use PromptCept to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or the rules of a service you choose to use.
Third-party services
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok are independent third-party services. They may require separate apps, accounts, subscriptions, or acceptance of their terms. Sandbox Digital Labs does not control their availability, output, security, pricing, or data practices and is not responsible for them.
Local data and backups
PromptCept stores its prompt library locally. You are responsible for protecting your device and any JSON export you create. Deleting prompts or uninstalling the application may permanently remove content unless you have retained a usable export.
Version 1.0 and future services
PromptCept 1.0 is free and unlimited and does not include a subscription or in-app purchase. Future versions may add, remove, or change features. Any paid feature will require appropriate store transactions and updated terms before release.
Intellectual property
PromptCept, its design, and its original software and documentation are owned by Sandbox Digital Labs or its licensors. You retain any rights you hold in the original content you enter. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
No warranties
PromptCept is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every third-party service. Generated prompts may be incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandbox Digital Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of PromptCept or a third-party service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update PromptCept or these terms. The effective date will be updated when these terms change. You may stop using PromptCept at any time and delete the application and its locally saved prompts.
