Summary
Sandbox Digital Labs does not collect, transmit, sell, or share the prompt names, requests, clarifications, generated prompts, favorites, or backups you create in PromptCept. No account is required. No analytics, advertising, or user tracking is included in the current app.
Information we collect
The currently published PromptCept application collects no personal data through analytics, advertising, tracking, account creation, cloud synchronization, or a Sandbox Digital Labs server. The app does not contain a crash-reporting or behavioral-analytics SDK.
On-device prompt generation
PromptCept constructs prompts on your device using built-in templates and the selections and text you provide. PromptCept does not send that content to an AI model or Sandbox Digital Labs server for generation.
Local storage, backup, and deletion
Your prompt library is stored locally in the app’s storage area. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled. PromptCept does not provide cloud synchronization.
You may create a JSON export from Settings. That file is generated only at your request and is stored, transferred, or backed up wherever you choose. Anyone with access to an exported file may be able to read its prompt content, so protect it accordingly.
To remove the local prompt library, open Settings and choose Delete All Saved Prompts. You can also uninstall PromptCept to remove app-local data, subject to your operating system’s normal behavior.
Third-party AI services
When you choose Copy & Open, PromptCept copies text to the system clipboard and attempts to open an independent third-party AI app or website. PromptCept does not paste or submit the content automatically. Any content you later provide to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or another service is governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Company website
This section covers sandboxdigitallabs.com. The rest of this policy covers the PromptCept mobile application.
Cookies. The website sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage. It loads no advertising, analytics, tag manager, social, or other third-party scripts, and embeds no third-party fonts or media. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, no cookie consent banner is presented.
Hosting. The site is served by Netlify, which processes ordinary connection information such as your IP address, request time, and user agent in order to deliver the pages and protect the service. That processing is carried out under Netlify's own policies and is not aggregated by us into visitor profiles or analytics.
Contact form. The contact form does not send anything to a Sandbox Digital Labs server. It assembles what you type into a message and opens it in your own email application, so nothing is transmitted unless you choose to send it. If you do send it, we receive the name, email address, optional company, and message you provided, and we use them only to answer you and to carry out any work that follows. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry and our ordinary business records, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us, and to object to or restrict our use of it. Write to contact@sandboxdigitallabs.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Do not send sensitive prompt content in a support request unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
Children
PromptCept is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app does not require an account or collect app-user data, Sandbox Digital Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through PromptCept.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PromptCept’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be published at this URL. If analytics, accounts, cloud sync, billing, or another data-processing SDK is added, this policy and the applicable store disclosures must be revised before release.
Who is responsible for your information
Sandbox Digital Labs LLC, a limited liability company organised and operating in the State of Florida, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Information you send us is processed in the United States.
